The problem

You don't control your systems. Your suppliers do.

Count them. The till, the card machines, the booking system, the CRM, the wifi, the rota, the stock system and the accounts. Each one comes with its own contract and its own login, and usually one person who half knows how it works.

Want a new QR code? You raise a ticket. Want your own data out? You ask your account manager. Want to know how Saturday went? The till, the bookings and the accounts will each tell you something different.

And they don't talk to each other, because they were never built to. Every supplier wants to be the system you can't leave, so each one treats the others as competition. Linking them up costs extra, when it's allowed at all. And every year another one is bought by a bigger company.

Fourteen separate systems, each with its own login and contract, joined by tickets, exports and typing things in twice.OWN LOGINEPOSOWN CONTRACTOWN LOGINCARD MACHINESOWN CONTRACTOWN LOGINBOOKING SYSTEMOWN CONTRACTOWN LOGINVENUE HIREOWN CONTRACTOWN LOGINCRMOWN CONTRACTOWN LOGINEMAIL AND SMSOWN CONTRACTOWN LOGINAD TRACKINGOWN CONTRACTOWN LOGINGUEST WIFIOWN CONTRACTOWN LOGINLOYALTY APPOWN CONTRACTOWN LOGINGIFT CARDSOWN CONTRACTOWN LOGINROTAOWN CONTRACTOWN LOGINSTOCKOWN CONTRACTOWN LOGINACCOUNTSOWN CONTRACTOWN LOGINTHE SPREADSHEETOWN CONTRACTSYNC FAILED 02:14API COSTS EXTRATICKET RAISEDTYPED IN TWICEFIGURES DON'T MATCHCONTRACT ENDS 2028ASK YOUR ACCOUNT MANAGER14 SYSTEMS / 14 LOGINS / 14 CONTRACTS

Locked out.

You want to change a price or a QR code, so you ask the supplier and wait.

You can't leave.

Three-year terms, 90 days' notice and a bill for every month left. Some charge you £75 a month just for using another card machine.

They don't talk.

Bookings and guests get typed in twice, and you pay again to link them together. Your guests notice every gap.

The numbers never agree.

The till says one thing and the accounts say another. Someone loses Monday making them match.

Your guests aren't yours.

Read the small print. Some tills and booking apps keep your guests as theirs, and you only see the ones who said yes.

It breaks when you're busiest.

The screens freeze at 9pm on a Friday and support doesn't answer until Monday.

The system

One system. Yours to run.

Ten glass layers built up on one glowing database block. From the bottom: CRM, bookings, EPOS, payments, marketing, guest wifi, loyalty and gift cards, staff and rota, stock, reporting and finance.
  1. Every module reads and writes the same record.
  2. One profile for every guest across every venue and brand, with every conversation on it.
  3. Tables, events, tickets and private hire, with deposits and group pay.
  4. Bar and table service, tabs, kitchen screens and cash-up. The till already knows the booking.
  5. Deposits, pay links and gift card balances, through the card provider you choose.
  6. Email, SMS and WhatsApp campaigns built on real visits and real spend, with ad tracking.
  7. Wifi sign-in that adds every guest to the CRM.
  8. Rewards you set yourself, gift cards and an app in your own brand.
  9. Rota, clock-in, holidays and tips, with logins and permissions for every site.
  10. Stock, checks and tasks across every site.
  11. Live figures for every manager, budgets and a two-way link with Xero or Sage.

Hangar is built the opposite way. Every part of it works from one database. Bookings, bar tabs, wifi logins, gift cards, rotas and stock all live in it, so there's nothing to sync and nothing to export.

Ask how Saturday went and you get one answer, because there's only one set of figures.

And you run it. Change a price, a rule, a rota or a QR code yourself in a few seconds. You'll never raise a ticket with us for the everyday.

And it's open. Anything you want to connect uses the same API our own screens run on.

Your best guests were always in there. Now you can see them.

See who books, who spends, who brings twenty friends and who hasn't been back since March. Each guest has one record across every venue and brand you run.

Obvious by design

If it needs explaining, it isn't finished.

New staff should be able to do the everyday jobs on their first shift without anyone showing them. Every screen in Hangar is built to that rule.

If a button isn't needed, we take it out. If a screen confuses people, we redesign it until it doesn't.

Architecture

One database. Every module reads and writes to it.

Control

Every setting, rule, price and QR code is yours to change.

Training

Everyday jobs need none. Every screen is built to that rule.

API

API first. Every screen runs on the public API you get.

Ask Hangar

An assistant on every screen. Ask it how Saturday went, or ask it to move a booking, with your own permissions.

AI assistants

MCP server included. Run Hangar from an AI assistant with the same permissions and audit log.

Event stream

Every change is published as an event in real time.

Offline

Bookings and payments keep working when the internet drops and sync when it's back.

Uptime

99.99% a month, published on a public status page.

Scale

Multi-venue, multi-brand and multi-company from day one.

Your brand

Your name on every guest screen, email and receipt.

Countries

Tax, VAT, currency and wording are settings for each operator and country.

Money

Whole pence. Records are never edited. Every change is a new entry.

Card payments

Your choice of provider.

Accounts

Two-way link with Xero or Sage.

VAT

Inc VAT by default, with an ex VAT switch on every money screen.

Data

Each operator kept apart at database level. Full audit log. Export everything any time.

Pricing

Monthly subscription. One price for the platform, with CRM and payments. Other modules added as you need them. Cancel any module any time. No minimum term.

Launch

Q1 2027.

Switching

One till or two hundred venues. We do the switch for you.

Switching systems is the part everyone dreads, so we take it off your hands. Export your guests, products, bookings and gift card balances from your old systems, and our setup team brings them all in and gets every venue ready before your team's first shift. It's all done remotely, so nobody waits in for an engineer.

Running a group? We plan the switch with you venue by venue, and we'll be on site whenever you want us there.

  1. Tell us what you run today.

  2. We move everything across and set Hangar up for you.

Hardware

Use whatever hardware you like.

Hangar isn't tied to any hardware. It runs on iPads and Android tablets, iPhones and Android phones, and any computer with a web browser. Use the devices you already own, buy new ones wherever you like, or let staff use their own phones with a PIN.

Pricing

A simple monthly subscription you can change whenever you like.

One monthly price covers the Hangar platform. That's the CRM, payments and everything underneath, including your venues, staff logins and permissions, products, branding and the open API. Then add the modules you run, such as bookings, EPOS, marketing or stock, each for a monthly price on top. There's no minimum term and no exit fee. Cancel any module, or the whole thing, whenever you like. Your data is yours, and you can export all of it at any time.

Why we built it
FromThe founderFiled25 Oct 2026

Hospitality software is still sold the way it always has been. You buy a till, then a booking system, then a CRM to join them up. Then come the wifi, the gift cards, the rota tool, the stock system and a spreadsheet to make sense of the lot.

Every one of those suppliers wants to be the one you can't leave, so none of them wants to work with the others. Operators ended up not controlling their own systems. If you want a QR code you raise a ticket. If you want your own data you have to ask for it. If you want the numbers to agree you hire someone to make them.

So we built the system we wanted to run. There's one database underneath everything, and the screens are simple enough that new staff don't need showing. Every setting is in your hands. It's fast enough for a Saturday night and open enough to plug into anything.

It opens in the first quarter of 2027. If you've been waiting for this too, join the list.

The founderHangar Systems
Why we built it

Questions.

Not yet. Hangar launches in the first quarter of 2027. Join the waitlist and we'll send a build log every month until then.

From launch. We'll plan your move around the dates your current contracts end.

It's a simple monthly subscription. One price covers the platform, including the CRM and payments, and you add the modules you run for a monthly price each. Prices are published before launch, and the waitlist hears first.

No. You can cancel any module, or leave altogether, whenever you like. There's no exit fee.

Yes. It's your data. Export all of it any time, or read it through the API.

You do. Prices, rules, rotas, QR codes and emails are all yours to change. We only step in for one-off bespoke work.

Not for the everyday jobs. Every screen is built so new staff can use it on their first shift. Help is there whenever you want it.

No. Start with the modules you need most and add the rest when you're ready. You only pay for the ones you switch on.

Hangar isn't tied to any hardware. It runs on iPads and Android tablets, iPhones and Android phones, and any computer with a web browser, so you can use the devices you already have.

Yes. Keep your card provider and its machines at no extra cost. Staff can also take cards on their phones with Tap to Pay.

No. Hangar is set up remotely and there's nothing complicated to install. If you're rolling out across a group, our team can be on site whenever you want.

Yes, we do it for you. Export your guests, products, bookings and gift card balances from your old systems, and our setup team brings them all into Hangar, so you start with everything already in place.

You do. Every guest who books, buys or logs on to your wifi is your customer, on your own database. We process it for you, and only for you.

No. Bookings, tickets, private hire and gift cards are covered by each module's monthly price. We never add a fee of our own to your guests' bills.

One database instead of a stack of separate systems, no minimum term, and your guests stay yours. See how Hangar compares with the systems you run today.

Tax, VAT, currency and wording are settings for each operator and country from day one.

Glass doors at night with a queue of people waiting outside, a shaft of light on the floor.

The wait is nearly over.

Hangar launches in Q1 2027.
