Hangar vs Collins

Collins is Access's booking and enquiry system for bars and restaurants, at £149 or £199 a site a month. Its "open API" needs an agreement with your account manager and a £5-a-month add-on, and the public docs have no way to create a booking and no webhooks. Deposits run through Access's own Stripe account by default. Hangar takes bookings, events, tickets and private hire on the same guest record as the EPOS, with an API you switch on yourself.
