Hangar vs Zonal

Zonal is the till behind many of the UK's biggest pub and restaurant groups, and since February 2026 it belongs to Canada's Volaris Group. Its CRM, Airship, is a separate company with its own login and price list, fed from the till by one file a day. It has no rota and no wifi of its own, and its API is open only to "shared customer projects". Hangar runs the till, the CRM, the bookings and the staff on one database, live, with an API every operator can switch on.
